DIRECTOR, DUCKINGS NURSERIES & DUCKLINGO

Medusa is the founder and owner of the three Ducklings Nurseries (one in Sutton Coldfield and two in Nottingham) and also runs an after-school club at her Beeston Nursery. She was the winner of the prestigious Nursery World 'Nursery Owner of the Year' in October 2024.

She is also the Director of Ducklingo, a revolutionary early-reading programme for children aged 6 months - 4 years, designed not only to help children read fluently before they reach school, but to spark the curiosity, confidence, and self-discipline.

Medusa is the mother to three teenagers and prior to working in Early Years, was a Social Worker, supporting children and young people.
